Job Summary

- Support employee relations documentation and participate in related discussions
- Contribute to talent acquisition processes including interview coordination and candidate communications
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field (internships applicable)
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Exposure to employee relations processes and HR programs
