Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Generalist focused on recruiting and HR support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance
- Participate in full-cycle recruiting for various roles, including sourcing, screening, and managing offers
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through various sourcing methods and ensure a positive candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of HR experience with a focus on full-cycle recruiting, preferably in technology or cybersecurity
- Solid understanding of core HR functions, including onboarding and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Proven experience in sourcing and closing candidates for technical roles
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a deadline-driven environment
