Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist focused on recruiting and HR support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance
  • Participate in full-cycle recruiting for various roles, including sourcing, screening, and managing offers
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines through various sourcing methods and ensure a positive candidate experience


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of HR experience with a focus on full-cycle recruiting, preferably in technology or cybersecurity
  • Solid understanding of core HR functions, including onboarding and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
  • Proven experience in sourcing and closing candidates for technical roles
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a deadline-driven environment
