Job Summary

HR Generalist, a full-time position responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee inquiries, while ensuring compliance with HR policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related employee and manager inquiries
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to support employee transitions
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and manage employee files
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a rigorous HR environment
