Job Summary
HR Generalist, a full-time position responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee inquiries, while ensuring compliance with HR policies and practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related employee and manager inquiries
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to support employee transitions
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and manage employee files
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a rigorous HR environment
- Good working knowledge of HR practices, regulations, and employment law
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
