Job Summary

To support a growing team, the part-time HR Generalist will manage full-cycle recruiting, ensure compliance with employment laws, and oversee HRIS operations while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the ATS and coordinate the recruitment process from posting roles to final offers
  • Monitor compliance with federal and state employment laws and maintain accurate employee records
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries and support managers in performance conversations
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator with a focus on recruiting, compliance, and people operations
  • Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting independently
  • Working knowledge of employment law fundamentals and multi-state compliance
  • Experience as a solo or near-solo HR practitioner in a company of 20-150 people
  • Proficiency with an ATS and HRIS platforms
