Job Summary
To support a growing consultancy, the part-time HR Generalist will manage full-cycle recruiting, ensure compliance with employment laws, and oversee HRIS operations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting processes, including posting roles, coordinating interviews, and tracking candidate pipelines
- Monitor and ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, maintaining accurate employee records and policies
- Oversee the HiBob platform for onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining data integrity across HR systems
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator with a focus on recruiting, compliance, and people operations
- Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting independently
- Working knowledge of employment law fundamentals, including FLSA, ADA, and multi-state compliance
- Experience as a solo or near-solo HR practitioner in a company of 20-150 people
- Proficiency with an ATS and an HRIS platform, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools
