Job Summary

Supporting the delivery of a positive and compliant employee experience, the full-time HR Generalist will manage employee relations, onboarding, payroll processing, and compliance while serving as the primary internal contact for the organization's Professional Employer Organization (PEO) in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage employee relations processes, including documentation and coordination of meetings
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience
  • Coordinate bi-weekly payroll processing and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Experience with payroll processing and HR systems (e.g., ADP, 360Learning)
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and performance management processes
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred but not required
