Job Summary
Supporting the delivery of a positive and compliant employee experience, the full-time HR Generalist will manage employee relations, onboarding, payroll processing, and compliance while serving as the primary internal contact for the organization's Professional Employer Organization (PEO) in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage employee relations processes, including documentation and coordination of meetings
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience
- Coordinate bi-weekly payroll processing and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Experience with payroll processing and HR systems (e.g., ADP, 360Learning)
- Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and performance management processes
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred but not required
