Job Summary
Experienced HR professionals will find a part-time hourly HR Generalist opportunity focused on managing recruiting processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and overseeing HRIS operations in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting processes, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer management
- Monitor compliance with federal and state employment laws and maintain employee records to ensure ongoing compliance
- Oversee the HRIS platform, managing onboarding and offboarding workflows, and ensuring data integrity across systems
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator with a focus on recruiting, compliance, and people operations
- Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting independently
- Working knowledge of employment law fundamentals, including FLSA, ADA, and multi-state compliance
- Experience as a solo or near-solo HR practitioner in a company of 20-150 people
- Proficiency with an ATS and HRIS platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new tools
