Job Summary

Providing comprehensive administrative support, the HR Generalist will manage onboarding processes, maintain employee records, and assist with payroll operations in a remote capacity or on-site in Santa Clara, CA.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires, ensuring readiness and cross-functional setup
  • Administer HR programs and initiatives while supporting performance management cycles
  • Assist with global payroll operations and provide support on immigration matters
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in coordination, operations, or HR support
  • Prior experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, Rippling, UKG)
  • Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
