Job Summary

Serving as a vital link between Employee Service Center operations and HR Business Partners, the full-time remote HR Generalist will manage complex HR inquiries, provide advanced manager coaching, and support talent strategies while ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide advanced manager coaching and case coordination across performance management, annual reviews, and talent acquisition
  • Partner with HRBPs to execute people and talent strategies and manage operational details from intake to resolution
  • Handle Tier 3-aligned case work, including reporting, performance management logistics, and cyclical HR program support
Required qualifications
  • 1-4+ years of HR experience in shared services, HR operations, or HR generalist roles
  • Demonstrated experience in performance management, annual reviews, and HR reporting and analytics
  • Proficiency with Workday and ServiceNow for HR transactions and case tracking
  • Ability to triage and route HR work based on complexity and risk while documenting decisions clearly
  • Proven track record of handling confidential HR information with discretion
