Job Summary

Supporting daily human resources operations, the full-time HR Generalist will manage employee lifecycle processes, maintain compliance documentation, and provide HR guidance remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS updates
  • Maintain compliant and audit-ready employee records and HR documentation
  • Support multi-state employment compliance, including reporting and policy updates
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of HR, HR Operations, or Human Resources Generalist experience
  • Knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws
  • Experience with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage sensitive information
  • Experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
