Job Summary
Supporting daily human resources operations, the full-time HR Generalist will manage employee lifecycle processes, maintain compliance documentation, and provide HR guidance remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS updates
- Maintain compliant and audit-ready employee records and HR documentation
- Support multi-state employment compliance, including reporting and policy updates
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of HR, HR Operations, or Human Resources Generalist experience
- Knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws
- Experience with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage sensitive information
- Experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
