Job Summary

Supporting Spanish-speaking countries across LATAM, particularly Chile, Mexico, and Colombia, the part-time HR Generalist will manage recruitment, oversee the local HRIS system, and provide strategic HR support while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Educates and advises managers on statutory requirements related to staff management, including compensation and recruitment
  • Manages local legal aspects, including staff representatives and company agreements
  • Supports the recruitment process, including candidate screening, onboarding, and maintaining employee records in the HRIS system
Required qualifications:
  • 3 - 5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a multi-national organization
  • Previous experience managing an HRIS, preferably BambooHR
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese is a bonus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
