Job Summary
Providing essential HR support, the full-time HR Generalist in Marketing & Communications will manage employee relations, assist with recruitment processes, and ensure compliance with HR policies while serving as the primary HR contact for staff and managers.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and audit personnel-related data in HR systems, ensuring compliance with employment requirements
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment agreements and managing hiring paperwork
- Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide transactional support to staff and management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of HR-related work experience or equivalent combination
- Experience in database management, spreadsheet software, and report generation
- Proficiency in MS Office software and HR information systems
- Ability to handle HR-related questions and problems from employees and management
- Experience coordinating HR operational activities involving multiple stakeholders
