Job Summary

Providing essential HR support, the full-time HR Generalist in Marketing & Communications will manage employee relations, assist with recruitment processes, and ensure compliance with HR policies while serving as the primary HR contact for staff and managers.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain and audit personnel-related data in HR systems, ensuring compliance with employment requirements
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment agreements and managing hiring paperwork
  • Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide transactional support to staff and management
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or 3 years of HR-related work experience or equivalent combination
  • Experience in database management, spreadsheet software, and report generation
  • Proficiency in MS Office software and HR information systems
  • Ability to handle HR-related questions and problems from employees and management
  • Experience coordinating HR operational activities involving multiple stakeholders
