Job Summary

Seeking a thoughtful and hands-on HR Generalist, the full-time remote position will manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes while supporting day-to-day HR operations and initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and support onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees
  • Coordinate performance review cycles, engagement initiatives, and feedback programs
  • Maintain HR systems and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4-7 years of progressive HR/People Ops experience, preferably in a startup or tech environment
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management
  • Experience with onboarding, offboarding, and performance management processes
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as BambooHR, Ashby, or similar platforms
