Job Summary
Seeking a thoughtful and hands-on HR Generalist, the full-time remote position will manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes while supporting day-to-day HR operations and initiatives across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Own and support onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees
- Coordinate performance review cycles, engagement initiatives, and feedback programs
- Maintain HR systems and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4-7 years of progressive HR/People Ops experience, preferably in a startup or tech environment
- Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management
- Experience with onboarding, offboarding, and performance management processes
- Familiarity with HR systems such as BambooHR, Ashby, or similar platforms
