Job Summary

Proactive and detail-oriented, the full-time Associate HR Generalist will manage employee inquiries, oversee the onboarding process, and support payroll and compliance functions in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and friendly responses
  • Own the full new hire onboarding lifecycle, including paperwork collection and IT equipment setup
  • Support bi-payroll processing and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience across at least two functional areas
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS, payroll, and benefits platforms; ATS experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Genuine passion for data accuracy and using HR analytics for decision-making
  • Ownership mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues
