Job Summary

Supporting client HR engagements and internal HR matters, the full-time remote HR Generalist will coordinate onboarding, assist with employment terminations, and implement payroll and benefits systems while aligning with US business hours from the Philippines.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding processes and assist with employment terminations
  • Support the implementation of PEO, payroll, and benefits systems for clients
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation while serving as a resource for HR-related inquiries
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience supporting US companies or in outsourced HR environments
  • Experience with US payroll, HR administration, and HRIS/payroll systems
  • Familiarity with PEO models and multi-state HR support is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HRIS platforms
