Job Summary
Enthusiastic and organized, the full-time HR Generalist will manage core HR operations, support the full recruiting lifecycle, and coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes in a fully remote capacity within the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Support the full recruiting lifecycle, including job postings, interview scheduling, and offer letter drafting
- Coordinate new hire onboarding processes and manage employee offboarding workflows
- Maintain employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and generating reports as needed
Required qualifications
- Approximately 3-4 years of HR or People Operations experience
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS system, preferably UKG (UltiPro)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with employment law and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational skills and a positive, proactive attitude
