Job Summary

Supporting a distributed organization, the long-term contract HR Generalist will manage core HR operations, focusing on benefits administration, leave management, and onboarding coordination while working independently in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer day-to-day HR operations for a remote employee population, ensuring accurate and efficient processes
  • Oversee paid family and medical leave programs, providing coordination and support throughout the leave cycle
  • Manage benefits-related activities, including enrollments, eligibility changes, and employee inquiries
Required qualifications
  • Previous experience in an HR Generalist or broad HR operations role with ownership of core administrative processes
  • Strong background in benefits administration and employee leave management
  • Experience supporting onboarding and general HR administration in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and maintaining accurate employee records
  • Exposure to international organizations or globally distributed teams is strongly preferred
