Job Summary
Supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR function, the full-time remote HR Generalist will manage talent acquisition, administer HR programs, and ensure compliance with employment laws while serving as a trusted resource for employees and managers.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to recruit and onboard qualified candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Administer HR programs related to compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee development
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while supporting employee relations and handling inquiries
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience in a professional environment
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification strongly preferred; active pursuit of certification is a plus
- Thorough working knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/talent management systems
