Job Summary
To support a rapidly growing tech firm, the full-time salaried HR Generalist will manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR compliance while serving as a resource for employees in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including managing timekeeping and payroll tax filings
- Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a liaison to carriers and brokers
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and manage HR operations, including data integrity and reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2 to 4 years of HR experience with direct ownership of payroll processing and benefits administration
- Working knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment law and HR compliance practices
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems, preferably Rippling
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
