Job Summary

Acting as a key HR point of contact, the full-time HR Generalist will provide end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle, partner with managers on performance management, and contribute to HR analytics while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive HR support from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring effective people operations
  • Partner with managers to implement performance management practices and offer strategic guidance
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to identify development needs and enhance employee engagement
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR generalist or HR People Partner
  • Proven experience supporting teams in a multicultural environment
  • Solid understanding of employee evaluation methods and performance management tools
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience in recruitment is a plus
