Job Summary
Acting as a key HR point of contact, the full-time HR Generalist will provide end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle, partner with managers on performance management, and contribute to HR analytics while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive HR support from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring effective people operations
- Partner with managers to implement performance management practices and offer strategic guidance
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to identify development needs and enhance employee engagement
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR generalist or HR People Partner
- Proven experience supporting teams in a multicultural environment
- Solid understanding of employee evaluation methods and performance management tools
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Experience in recruitment is a plus
