Job Summary

Serving as the operational backbone of HR, the full-time salaried HR Generalist will manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance in a remote setting while being a trusted resource for employees on day-to-day HR inquiries.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including managing timekeeping, deductions, and payroll tax filings
  • Administer employee benefits programs and manage the annual open enrollment process while addressing employee benefits questions
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and support for audits
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 to 4 years of HR experience with direct ownership of payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Working knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment law and HR compliance practices
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems, preferably Rippling
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
