Job Summary

Supporting a busy organization through a long-term contract assignment, the experienced HR Generalist will manage full-cycle recruiting, provide HR guidance to employees and managers, and lead onboarding activities, primarily in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including candidate outreach and interview coordination
  • Provide day-to-day HR guidance to employees and managers, ensuring a positive employee experience
  • Lead onboarding activities for new hires and support employee engagement programs
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist with a focus on recruiting and employee support
  • Strong background in talent acquisition and performance management support
  • Prior experience using Paycor and working in HRIS environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote work setting
  • Experience handling onboarding and HR administration tasks with high accuracy
