Job Summary
Supporting a busy organization through a long-term contract assignment, the experienced HR Generalist will manage full-cycle recruiting, provide HR guidance to employees and managers, and lead onboarding activities, primarily in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including candidate outreach and interview coordination
- Provide day-to-day HR guidance to employees and managers, ensuring a positive employee experience
- Lead onboarding activities for new hires and support employee engagement programs
Required qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist with a focus on recruiting and employee support
- Strong background in talent acquisition and performance management support
- Prior experience using Paycor and working in HRIS environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote work setting
- Experience handling onboarding and HR administration tasks with high accuracy
