Job Summary

Supporting daily HR operations, the full-time HR Generalist will manage employee relations, coordinate training and recruitment activities, and execute HR processes while working in a hybrid model based in Hopkinton, MA.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist HR Business Partners with day-to-day inquiries and complex employee relations matters
  • Execute HR processes using HRIS, including job changes and employee data updates
  • Support Talent Acquisition with recruitment activities such as job postings and initial interviews
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or recruiting
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with HRIS and reporting tools
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally while ensuring compliance with labor laws
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with employees and managers
