Job Summary
Seeking an experienced HR Generalist, the part-time contract position will manage performance feedback cycles, ensure HR compliance across multiple states, and support employee relations while working remotely for 10 to 20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Run the rollout and ongoing management of performance feedback cycles, including process building and communication
- Serve as a confidential resource for employee relations issues, guiding parties toward constructive resolutions
- Ensure HR practices are legally compliant and maintain accurate HR processes and records
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of HR experience in traditional HR and people operations functions
- Demonstrated expertise in employee relations and conflict de-escalation
- Solid understanding of HR legal compliance across multiple U.S. states
- Proven ability to manage projects from design through implementation
- Crisis management capability with a calm demeanor under pressure
