HR Generalist

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced HR Generalist, the part-time contract position will manage performance feedback cycles, ensure HR compliance across multiple states, and support employee relations while working remotely for 10 to 20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Run the rollout and ongoing management of performance feedback cycles, including process building and communication
• Serve as a confidential resource for employee relations issues, guiding parties toward constructive resolutions
• Ensure HR practices are legally compliant and maintain accurate HR processes and records

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience in traditional HR and people operations functions
• Demonstrated expertise in employee relations and conflict de-escalation
• Solid understanding of HR legal compliance across multiple U.S. states
• Proven ability to manage projects from design through implementation
• Crisis management capability with a calm demeanor under pressure
