Job Summary
To support the People Operations department, the fully remote HR Generalist will manage employee relations, talent acquisition, and compliance while assisting with policy development and maintaining HR file compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Manage the unemployment claims process and worker's compensation and ADA processes
- Conduct employee investigations and foster positive employee relations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum four years of experience in the human resources field
- At least two years of experience in employee relations and full cycle recruitment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and automated HR management systems
- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
