Job Summary
Supporting day-to-day human resources operations, the remote HR Generalist will manage onboarding, HR administration, benefits, compliance, and employee records in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HRIS systems
- Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of Human Resources experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Experience supporting multiple HR functions throughout the employee lifecycle
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
