Job Summary

Supporting day-to-day human resources operations, the remote HR Generalist will manage onboarding, HR administration, benefits, compliance, and employee records in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HRIS systems
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of Human Resources experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Experience supporting multiple HR functions throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
