Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, the full-time HR Generalist will manage HR administration for the contractor workforce, oversee service delivery, and enhance employee communications in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end HR administration of the 1099 contractor workforce, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Manage the HR ticketing system, providing timely support and resolving inquiries
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and maintain the HR intranet content
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2-4 years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Paycor
  • Strong organizational, project coordination, and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
