Job Summary

Supporting the Human Resources department remotely, the HR Generalist will manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and teammate relations while collaborating with the HR team to implement policies that align with company goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist managers with HR policy inquiries and support investigations under guidance
  • Facilitate recruitment efforts by posting jobs, coordinating assessments, and managing candidate workflows
  • Help coordinate onboarding processes for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of Human Resources experience preferred; recent HR education or internship experience considered
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
  • HR certification (aPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Applications and willingness to learn HRIS/Payroll systems
