Job Summary

Supporting the Payments business, the full-time HR Generalist will manage day-to-day HR services throughout the employee lifecycle, partnering with various teams to ensure a positive employee experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and employment laws in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers, ensuring timely support
  • Support HR Business Partners with organizational initiatives, performance management, and talent reviews
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-3 years of Human Resources experience
  • Experience working with HRIS systems
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Basic understanding of employment law and HR best practices
