Job Summary
Supporting the Payments business, the full-time HR Generalist will manage day-to-day HR services throughout the employee lifecycle, partnering with various teams to ensure a positive employee experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and employment laws in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures
- Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers, ensuring timely support
- Support HR Business Partners with organizational initiatives, performance management, and talent reviews
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of Human Resources experience
- Experience working with HRIS systems
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of employment law and HR best practices
