Job Summary

Detail-oriented and organized, the remote HR Generalist will support day-to-day administrative functions in Human Resources, focusing on onboarding, employee records management, and HR reporting while ensuring compliance and efficient HR processes.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and maintain accurate personnel files
  • Assist with HR reporting, data tracking, and ensure data accuracy within the HRIS
  • Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of Human Resources or HR administrative experience required
  • Experience using Rippling HRIS preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
