Job Summary
Detail-oriented and organized, the remote HR Generalist will support day-to-day administrative functions in Human Resources, focusing on onboarding, employee records management, and HR reporting while ensuring compliance and efficient HR processes.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate employee onboarding and maintain accurate personnel files
- Assist with HR reporting, data tracking, and ensure data accuracy within the HRIS
- Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of Human Resources or HR administrative experience required
- Experience using Rippling HRIS preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
