Job Summary
To ensure smooth HR operations, the full-time remote HR Generalist will manage employee training, administer benefits and leaves, and create HR policies while serving as the main point of contact for employee inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation and manage training and development needs
- Administer HR policies, compensation, and benefits in line with company standards
- Maintain the HR information system and handle employee complaints and performance management
Required qualifications
- 5 years of experience in human resources management or business administration
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist with a solid understanding of HR policies and procedures
- Knowledge of employment/labor laws and HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleSoft)
- Degree or diploma in human resources management, business administration, or a related field
- Generalist HR experience with knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
