Job Summary
Supporting the Payments business, the full-time HR Generalist will manage day-to-day HR services throughout the employee lifecycle, partnering with various teams to ensure compliance and a positive employee experience in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and procedures
- Assist HR Business Partners with performance management, talent reviews, and organizational initiatives
- Support onboarding processes and maintain accurate employee records and documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of Human Resources experience
- Experience working with HRIS systems
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
