Job Summary

Supporting the Payments business, the full-time HR Generalist will manage day-to-day HR services throughout the employee lifecycle, partnering with various teams to ensure compliance and a positive employee experience in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Assist HR Business Partners with performance management, talent reviews, and organizational initiatives
  • Support onboarding processes and maintain accurate employee records and documentation
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of Human Resources experience
  • Experience working with HRIS systems
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
