Job Summary

To support key employee experience initiatives, the remote HR Generalist will manage onboarding processes, address HR-related inquiries, and oversee leave administration while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the full onboarding process for new employees, ensuring accurate employment documentation
  • Serve as a resource for employees and managers by addressing HR-related questions and interpreting policies
  • Oversee leave administration activities and assist with accommodation and compliance processes
Required qualifications
  • Previous experience in a Human Resources role with exposure to employee support and HR operations
  • Working knowledge of leave administration processes, including FMLA and ADA accommodations
  • Ability to interpret policies and address employee concerns professionally
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and handle confidential information
  • Experience supporting benefits administration and payroll coordination is highly valued
