HR Generalist

Job Summary

To support Airbnb's Employee Experience initiatives, the remote HR Generalist will manage HR services delivery, advise on employee matters, and collaborate with various teams to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Business Talent teams to address employee matters and support the Employee Experience strategy
• Advise and coach managers and employees on HR-related issues while promoting self-service support
• Collaborate with Centers of Expertise to manage cyclical HR programs such as performance management and compensation reviews

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience in high-growth global companies
• Deep expertise in at least four functional HR areas, such as Employee Relations and Talent Management
• BA/BS degree in an HR-related field; MA/MS preferred
• Experience using Workday and Google Suite for HR data management and analysis
• Strong problem-solving and investigative skills to resolve sensitive employee issues
