HR Generalist

Job Summary

Supporting the daily operations of the People Team, the full-time remote HR Generalist will manage recruiting logistics, onboarding processes, and payroll administration while ensuring a first-class employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruiting logistics, including job postings and candidate communication
• Own new hire onboarding in Paycor, ensuring a seamless experience
• Provide payroll and timecard support, resolving employee questions and ensuring accuracy

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of HR or People Operations experience, preferably in recruiting, onboarding, or payroll
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality
• Proficiency with HR systems, such as Paycor or similar
• A proactive mindset with a desire to grow in the HR field
