Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and execute human resource programs including compensation, benefits, and leave
Handle employment-related inquiries and attend disciplinary meetings and investigations
Ensure compliance with employment laws, conduct orientations, and manage benefit administration

Qualifications:

Approximately 1-2 times per year travel to home office, company training, or industry events
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or other business major
Five years' experience as an HR Generalist
Benefits and payroll experience a plus
Experience with Paylocity a plus
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
