HR Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist to develop and implement people initiatives that support business objectives and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster networking and collaboration with HRBP partners across the organization
• Measure, monitor, and impact key HR metrics and dashboards to facilitate change for the future
• Respond to employee requests via HR ticketing system and manage cases from open to closure

Required Qualifications:

• May be asked to attend (or travel to attend) on-site work sessions, team-building, or other in-person events
• 5+ years of HR business partner/generalist experience in a complex, high-growth environment
• Prior experience within media or technology/software development organizations
• Demonstrated competence in HR functional areas and strong general business knowledge
• Experience working with a global and/or matrixed organization
• Deep understanding of HR policies and proven examples of applying them in a fast-paced environment
