Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist - LOA and Benefits (Total Rewards).

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee administration of benefits and total rewards programs, including Open Enrollment and LOA
  • Provide support for compliance with state and federal regulations and manage employee inquiries
  • Conduct audits of HR data and assist with performance review cycles and compensation adjustments
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist functions, including Leave Management
  • Proven experience managing leaves of absence (FMLA, ADA, STD, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, UKG, Paycom)
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, particularly with Sheets and automation
