Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive human resources support across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support managers and employees in performance management, employee relations, and compliance with Canadian employment laws
  • Develop and recommend training programs for employee development and compliance
  • Administer benefits, ensure policy compliance, and maintain accurate employee records
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian employment laws and HR best practices
  • Bilingual (English/French) required
  • CPHR certification desired; equivalent certifications considered
