Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive human resources support across Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Support managers and employees in performance management, employee relations, and compliance with Canadian employment laws
- Develop and recommend training programs for employee development and compliance
- Administer benefits, ensure policy compliance, and maintain accurate employee records
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
- Strong knowledge of Canadian employment laws and HR best practices
- Bilingual (English/French) required
- CPHR certification desired; equivalent certifications considered
