Job Summary
To support HR operations during an extended leave, the remote HR Generalist Contract will manage end-to-end onboarding processes, maintain employee records, and serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries while working on a 6-month contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run end-to-end onboarding for US employees and global contractors, coordinating logistics and ensuring a smooth experience
- Maintain employee records and assist with payroll processing, audits, and compliance documentation
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of HR Generalist or People Operations experience
- Hands-on experience with Rippling and BambooHR preferred
- Experience with payroll administration, particularly in multi-state or multi-entity environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Experience supporting remote and globally distributed teams is a plus
