Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist Contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between HR and other business units
• Update internal office documents and conduct new hire orientation
• Maintain HR data integrity, manage HRIS, and process HR documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist in a fast-paced tech environment
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
• Proficiency in HRIS software, specifically Rippling
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
• Experience working in diverse and multicultural environments may be preferred
