Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist - Employee Relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted partner on employee relations issues, including performance management and leave requests
  • Serve as the main contact for leave of absence issues and ensure timely communication regarding approvals and denials
  • Conduct new employee orientation and exit interviews, while providing support for recruiting and HR policy development
Required Qualifications
  • Two years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on FMLA/State Leave and ADA in a multi-state environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Human Resources certification is a plus
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience with ADP or other enterprise HRIS systems is required
