HR Generalist - Field Support

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist, Field Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support resolution of escalated HR issues and ensure compliance with policies
• Assist field leadership with performance management and workforce planning
• Maintain documentation of employee relations cases and monitor compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
• 5+ years of HR experience, particularly in retail employee relations
• Expertise in employee relations and conflict resolution
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS platforms, and case management tools
• Experience in developing and maintaining HR SOPs and documentation
