HR Generalist (Ohio Licensed)

Job Summary

Supporting internal HR operations and providing client-facing HR services, the part-time HR Generalist (Ohio Licensed) will assist with recruitment, onboarding, and compliance documentation remotely while managing HR tasks for multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring processes, including job postings and interview coordination for COYL
• Support client HR activities, such as employee engagement initiatives and compliance tracking
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and assist with employee relations and culture initiatives
