Job Summary
Supporting internal HR operations and providing client-facing HR services, the part-time HR Generalist (Ohio Licensed) will assist with recruitment, onboarding, and compliance documentation remotely while managing HR tasks for multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with hiring processes, including job postings and interview coordination for COYL
- Support client HR activities, such as employee engagement initiatives and compliance tracking
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and assist with employee relations and culture initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of HR fundamentals and compliance
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or clients simultaneously
- High professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Tech-savvy with experience in a remote work environment
