Key Responsibilities

Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience
Oversee HRIS and data management, maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality
Support employee engagement initiatives and benefits administration across multiple countries

Required Qualifications

3-6 years of experience in HR or Talent Management
Graduation or above
Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably BambooHR and UKG
Ability to manage projects independently with minimal supervision
Flexible and comfortable managing shifting priorities
