Job Summary

Seeking an experienced HR Generalist with an AI Focus, the full-time remote position will manage a diverse range of HR projects, recruitment, and stakeholder support while leveraging AI to enhance HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own sourcing for open roles and manage candidate pipelines
• Drive core HR initiatives and participate in talent reviews and process improvements
• Advise managers on people-related issues and support business unit transformations
