Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Generalist.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Process and administer various employee leave requests and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate onboarding and off-boarding processes, including background checks and separation meetings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field required; equivalent experience will be considered
- 5-7 years of experience in employee leave administration, preferably with a focus on disability and FMLA
- Extensive knowledge of leave requirements and applicable federal and state laws
- Experience in HR operations and leave of absence-related positions
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
