Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Process and administer various employee leave requests and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate onboarding and off-boarding processes, including background checks and separation meetings
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field required; equivalent experience will be considered
  • 5-7 years of experience in employee leave administration, preferably with a focus on disability and FMLA
  • Extensive knowledge of leave requirements and applicable federal and state laws
  • Experience in HR operations and leave of absence-related positions
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
