HR Generalist with Payroll Expertise

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist & Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and audit payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries promptly
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining accurate employee records

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Three or more years of experience in an HR Generalist or payroll-focused role
• Strong hands-on experience processing payroll in Paylocity
• Solid understanding of payroll regulations and wage and hour compliance
• System experience with Paylocity preferred; ADP or UKG experience is a plus
