Key Responsibilities
- Review and audit payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries promptly
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining accurate employee records
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Three or more years of experience in an HR Generalist or payroll-focused role
- Strong hands-on experience processing payroll in Paylocity
- Solid understanding of payroll regulations and wage and hour compliance
- System experience with Paylocity preferred; ADP or UKG experience is a plus
