HR Generalist with PHR Certification

Job Summary

To support comprehensive people operations, the full-time HR Generalist with PHR Certification will manage benefits administration, payroll accuracy, and HR systems while ensuring multi-state compliance in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee benefits enrollment, reconciliation, and employee inquiries regarding benefits and COBRA
• Maintain payroll data accuracy and assist Finance with payroll processing and compliance filings
• Manage HR systems data integrity and support employee relations by coaching managers and documenting workplace investigations

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years in an HR generalist or operations role with benefits and payroll experience
• PHR (HRCI) or SHRM-CP certification
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Hands-on experience with a full-service payroll/HRIS platform, particularly Paychex Flex
• Working knowledge of multi-state compliance for employee and contractor workforces
