Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of HR experience with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations
• Human Resources Certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR technologies, including ATS and HRIS
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
